The Seattle Leadership Institute is an intentional, collaborative approach to local leadership development, for the sake of the gospel, and for the sake of God’s kingdom in the city we love.

The Seattle Leadership Institute exists to identify, equip, and empower volunteer leaders, church planters, pastors and practitioners for the church in Seattle through a collaborative Leadership Cohort Program.
Leadership Cohorts
Cohort-based Learning
Emerging leaders will participate in a learning cohort (ideally 8-12 candidates). This cohort will meet on a quarterly basis. Participating churches will host the cohort on a rotating basis, collectively providing teaching and training while the cohort builds relationships with each other and participating church leadership.

Participating Candidates will:

Engage in collaborative learning from local practitioners

Experience hands-on discipleship and leadership opportunities

Women and men that have a strong desire to grow in their abilities to equip disciple-making disciples of Jesus in their local church.
