Leadership Residency Program
Emerging leaders will participate in a learning cohort (ideally 8-12 candidates). This cohort will meet on a monthly basis. Participating churches will host the cohort on a rotating basis, collectively providing teaching and training while the cohort builds relationships with each other and participating church leadership.
Participating Candidates will:
Grow in real-life ministry training and equipping
Mature as followers of Christ
Engage in collaborative learning from local practitioners
Learn to understand local culture and context
Experience hands-on discipleship and leadership opportunities
Formulate a plan for future ministry endeavors
Who should apply?
Women and men that have a strong desire to grow in their abilities to equip disciple-making disciples of Jesus in their local church.
Structure & Schedule
The Leadership Residency Program is a six month long program. The Residency will be structured on a Lab/Cohort model. Residents will participate in a Teaching Lab and a Learning Cohort each month, alternating between the Lab and Cohort gatherings.
Teaching Lab (online) - Wednesday evening (1st Wednesday of the month)
Learning Cohort (in-person) - Saturday morning (3rd Saturday of the month, 9am-noon)
